PUBPOL 431 - Economics of Sports Policy

This course gives an overview of the economic implications of public policy that deals with sports and sports leagues. It covers such issues as antitrust exemption, tax exemptions and stadium subsidies and analyzes the effects on league profits, player pay, competitive balance, and fan satisfaction.
